SeaPort-e OVerview
Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is a contract vehicle for the United States Navy intended as a vehicle to procure all future engineering, technical, logistics, program management and financial support services for Naval SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, ONR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, NAVSUP, Marine Corps) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI). It is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) multiple award contract (MAC) awarded to companies that can provide services as a prime contractor to the Navy and to Navy Installations. There are seven geographic zones designated. The SeaPort-e MAC awards further the Navy’s Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency and allow flexibility for achieving optimum support for its warfighters.

NSWC Dahlgren is the Seaport-e Contracting Office, however, each activity will release their own RFPs. Boston Engineering will respond to RFPs directly the stated POC for the activity.
