Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is a contract vehicle for the United States Navy intended as a vehicle to procure all future engineering, technical, logistics, program management, and financial support services for Naval SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, ONR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, NAVSUP, Marine Corps) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI). SeaPort-e furthers the Navy’s Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency and allow flexibility for achieving optimum support for its warfighters.
It is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract (MAC) awarded to companies that can provide services as prime contractors to the Navy and to Navy installations. There are seven geographic zones designated.
NSWC Dahlgren is the SeaPort-e Contracting Office; however, each activity (group) will release its own RFP. Boston Engineering will respond to RFPs directly as the stated POC for the activity.
