Frank Silveira

Frank Silveira joined Boston Engineering in 1999. He is responsible for engineering personnel and engineering operations. Frank also provides technical support across projects to help ensure engineering excellence and quality. His expertise includes precision design and development of high-reliability systems. Frank has a successful track record of bringing low- to high-volume projects from specification and concept through to manufacturing in the industrial, commercial, and consumer product markets.

Previously, Frank worked with Polaroid divisions including System Quality and Reliability, Graphics Imaging, Medical Imaging Systems, Industrial Products, and the Consumer Product Division. He brought over 35 products to market in the business, industrial and scientific, commercial, medical imaging, and consumer sectors.

Frank holds mechanical and electrical engineering degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Northeastern University. A gifted innovator, Frank has numerous patents in the areas of medical imaging, graphic arts imaging, and high-volume consumer products. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
