Closing Expertise Gaps for System Hardware Communication

A global industrial manufacturer had an older system with unreliable communications. They went through multiple revisions and many attempts to address the issue, and key members of the original design team were no longer available to the company. They chose Boston Engineering to fill the expertise gap.

• Collaborate with the client to learn a complex system and determine the best approach forward
• Rewrite FPGA and MCU code in collaboration with the client’s software team
• Integrate and test the code to show that the communications issue is no longer present

This joint effort between Boston Engineering and client’s resources resolved a long-standing network communications issue, and proved successful with large-scale testing.
